District Goals - 2002/2003
•   Build at least 3 news clubs with 20 members each
•   Implement Operation Turn Around
•   District growth of at least 40 members
•   Better communication between district and clubs
•   Web based Monthly Achievement report, available on website
•   Future CAP Center study
•   Increased training for district directors
•   30% of clubs to recieve National Service Award
•   10% of clubs recieving Big "E" Award
•   Mid-Winter Conference attendance of at least 101
•   President Elect Conference attendance of at least 28
•   District Convention attendance of at least 125
•   National Convention Tennessee Delegation of at least 50.  BE PROUD AND BE LOUD!!!
